They all went above and beyond to make sure I found a car I loved and within my budget! I dealt with Alex while looking at cars and he done whatever possible to make sure I got the car I wanted! The manager Josh went above and beyond in making sure the car was ready and everything was within budget and the guy who cleaned my car( unsure of his name!) was immaculate cleaning her and made her look brand new! So impressed and highly recommend them!

As fate would have it, I ended up serving Alex a couple weeks ago at the restaurant I work at, and I’m really chatty so I asked him what he did for work. Fast forward a few weeks and im at the Steele honda used lot scrolling through car options with him. We were very pleased with the service we received at Honda in st, John’s. salesman Jake Reid was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable as was Lynette Newman. They both explained everything in great detail to us. Jake sat in our new Honda and explained everything to us. He also gave us a great tour of the building which was very impressive. We had a very positive experience at Steele Honda when we were shopping for a new vehicle. Our salesperson (Sheldon Martin) first asked what we were looking for in a vehicle (SUV Hybrid) and only then proceeded to show us what was available.
