The entire experience was fantastic! Five years ago I pleased a car from Honda and went through Andrea White. Yesterday, I walked in the door and she gave me a big hug, said “Nice to see you again!” then asked about my six year old son. She remembered his name and that we left for Florida the same day we got out last CRV. I couldn’t believe she remembered.

I have been with Honda since 2005 and all of my experiences have been amazing. The service at Honda is second to none, including sales, finance and the service department. For me, it’s been excellent all the way. Looking forward to driving my new 2023 Honda HR/V (Ex/L) for the next five years worry free because I know that if I need anything, I can count on Honda. Josh and his team should be writing the book on customer service! Very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough from start to finish as I purchased my new 2022 Civic. The customer service was amazing! It was the first time for us buying a new car and the service we received from Sean and Jeremy was awesome. They made sure we knew all of our options so we could make informed decisions about our purchase. It’s wonderful having a new car but it’s also wonderful to know that the services offered at Honda go way beyond the day you drive your new vehicle off the lot!
