Honda Canada has announced the 2022 Honda Civic Si pricing in Canada, and it will carry a starting MSRP of CAD 33,150. However, you will have to add an extra $1,700 towards transport and prep fees, which brings the final price to $34,850. Considering the 2022 Honda Civic Si will be available in only one trim, the price list is quite simple, that is unless you’re going for some add-on accessories and packages.

The latest edition of the Honda Civic Si brings an all-new design, and Honda calls it the “best-handling, best-equipped, and most fun-to-drive Civic Si ever.” The performance variant of the Civic sedan borrows several elements from the fastest hatchback in the world, the Honda Civic Type-R.

2022 Honda Civic Si Fuel Economy

Apart from the pricing, Honda Canada has also revealed the fuel economy ratings for the 2022 Honda Civic Si. The sedan will officially consume as low as 8.7L/100 km in the city, 6.4L/100 km on the highway, and 7.7L/100 km combined.

The official fuel economy figures are impressive for a performance sedan powered by a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 200 hp and 192 lb.-ft. of torque. The Civic Si comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, limited-slip differential, and improved sport-tuned suspension, all borrowed from the Honda Civic Type R.

You will be happy to know that the model is being built entirely in Canada at Honda’s plant in Alliston, ON. Expect the 2022 Honda Civic Si to hit showrooms in December 2021.
